Yankee Boy and the "Governor"

On a clouded day with rain threatening, two gals and a guide braved the road to Yankee Boy Basin to wander wildflowers and waterfalls. 

Summer in Lovely Ouray is seductive. So many places, so little time. We re-do favorites, while allotting time to explore the new. Yankee Boy Basin is a "re-do," in spite of the throngs of camera toting mountain maggots ;)

Debbie and I thought Suzzane should glacade, so we headed up higher to find some snow in Governor Basin.
