This time every year I look forward to your wildflower porn postings! One of these days I'll be in Colorado in July, it is on our to-do list, unfortunately so are a lot of other places and Colorado keeps getting pushed back.
Gorgeous! I so miss those Colorado wildflowers, so thanks for sharing them-- just beautiful! Looks like you guys are having some great hikes this summer.
Seriously, is there a flower more beautiful than a Columbine? As for all the rest that you have selected, it's amazing that flatlanders pay big money to add a little "color" to their tables. Thanks for the photo treats to go with my morning coffee.
If you like reading blog posts...from any blogger...consider leaving a "tip" in the form of a "comment" to the author, lest the blog might disappear from perceived lack of interest.

ReplyDeleteSo purdy! I wanna be there!
ReplyDeleteThank you! Beautiful wildflowers nicely compliment one of my favorite subjects, rust!
ReplyDeleteSure wish we could have stayed for the "big show" this year! We only got a taste of all this beauty!
ReplyDeleteNature pure! With just a few traces of human activity. Great photos!
ReplyDeleteNothing - no matter how small escapes your attention. I was relieved no picture of you hiking in black socks and sandles. Enjoy your fav time in Ouray
ReplyDeleteGorgeous, loved your wild columbine photo!
ReplyDeleteThe mountains are so green this year, it reminds me our ice lake hike last year.
