Red Mountain Three...
"Uncertainty is all. Crazyass passion is the staple of life, and persistence its nourishing force." Rinker Buck, The Oregon Trail: A New American Journey
“In modern life we move from one insulated igloo to another...serially abstracting ourselves from nature and its impacts.” Rinker Buck, The Oregon Trail: A New American Journey
Doesn't get any p u r d i e r.....your eyes must be burning tonight. Them Reds are something else. Just read in the Plaindealer a Dorothy Hamre, the discoverer of the Coronavirus strain lived the last 21 yrs of her life in Ouray, Wow, who knew. Also John Ashenfelter was The Man in Ouray in the 1880's, always did wonder about the barn on Main Street, but was too busy discovering all those San Juan Mountain views , lakes and Aspen forrest to sit down at the end of a day and do the homework. So now I find Im just about at the end of my journeying around this old planet probably should brush up on those that beat me to this gorgeous spot on this old Earth......will probably be some good reading in store for me there. Good Night and Happy Trails to you both D & A
If you like reading blog posts...from any blogger...consider leaving a "tip" in the form of a "comment" to the author, lest the blog might disappear from perceived lack of interest.
