It's not like we didn't know about it; we've drooled over this far-view, deeply canyon-ed, 4 bar patch of real estate before. Yet, for reasons that now escape my growing shorter short-term memory bank, always chose a camp down the road a few miles, closer to Zion's "Nearer My God to Thee" oh little town of Virgin.
All puns and over-lacey prose aside, this will become our camp-pitcher's mound (sorry) come Hell or next November from now on.

There is Strength, Rejuvenation, and Greater Understanding (tolerance) to be gained from diversity, be it social, or climatic. It is like an Aqua Velva Aftershave slap-in-the-face. Thanks, I needed that.
And now, having been "slapped," it is time to grow, time to move on and snuggle down into my Arid-zona childhood stomping grounds. Like a two-step close embrace with an old girlfriend, it is a homecoming dance I never tire of.
Wish we'd had a view like that here in Wisconsin during the Packers game! (Not that I watch, but still.)
