You are fortunate to be live in a 200 mile radius of such scenic landscape beauty of Co,Ut,Nm,and Az. This post brings back memories of the book House of Rain. The avg. life expectancy of an Anasazi was < 30yrs with corn as the main diet. They must have lived a survival mentality building fortress in the cliffs and protecting their food and water supply. How easy it is for us to turn on the faucet and go to the grocery store.

Have you seen Jupiter & Venus in the night sky? Hard to miss even in Indiana. Remember as you gaze up at the stars we are traveling around the sun at 67,000 mph so we are all kind of traveling together. Thank God for gravity and a friendly atmosphere. Bobbie must be part mountain goat (as a hiker, not how she looks) as I see her transverse down from the cliff dwelling.
Again, great pictures!
John QAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4134981800236544647.post-55224822579198948142012-04-14T08:30:24.864-06:002012-04-14T08:30:24.864-06:00...They probably bit a condor on the foot who land......They probably bit a condor on the foot who landed in the wrong place! :)Brianhttp://daily-blog.rv-boondocking-the-good-life.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4134981800236544647.post-49129209904873709962012-04-14T07:07:55.170-06:002012-04-14T07:07:55.170-06:00CowBoy Brian,
